Give a step by step on how to install SimpleCart

Can someone please give me a step by step on how to install SimpleCart?
I already installed the html folder in my root. but i dont know where to put the docs folder or how to install the .sql file.

Greetings fayban, welcome to the board and apologies for delay. Been quite busy as of late. Never mind the 'docs' folder, those are templates for default HTML for the terms, privacy code, in case you wish to reset it for any reason. Now with regards to using phpMyAdmin and FTP can actually be very useful, even for the mid-level user. These two links I find instructive over the basics of installing code and database.

Thanks a bunch for your help. I got it up, one little thing lets say I only want to have 3 category’s for now, is it possible to hide one or do I have to remove it? How and where do I go to remove/edit the category’s? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there. Not a problem. Just one question. Have you looked at the new version in the Club. Has unlimited categories and products, not to mention many other improvements. I highly recommend. The screen shots are here. Your thoughts. Yes, the Club is premium membership, but the benefits go beyond just the one file you seek. Lemme know.

I am interested in knowing if you have a better version of simple cart in the club available for download. Also I have simple cart on my site that someone modified. I was wondering if you could tell me if the version is up to date or if the version being talked about here is more recent. Please respond quickly if possible as I need a cart soon to get on top of selling some of my stuff.
